diva sketch surprise challenge

we had to make a monochromatic card to go with the sketch challenge on udi this week. i've been wanting to play with the new dsp in the mini catalog and decided that this would be a good time to do it. it is #3 son, Thad's 20th birthday today so he gets my black card. as the picture was loading i noticed that there is a boo boo on it. one of my dsp strips got reversed. oopsy. must have been distracted when i was laying them down. sorry the picture is a bit blurry. the greeting is from 'smarty pants' and embossed in black. looks better in person than in the picture.






i've added a second card today. my friend got some new programs for her cricket and we were playing with them about a week or so ago. i asked her to make me a cupcake for a very special friend's birthday card i wanted to make. i love how it came out!!! miss stef's 7th birthday is today so her cute card is late since it will be flying across the country to california. i think it will be worth the wait.
