i love the sketch found on the utah divas international blog. i used puns from the past and the dsp reminded me of old mattress ticking (alot of you might not remember it, so i'm probably aging myself by saying it ~ haha
i added a bit of polka dot ribbon to match and give it an updated look. hope you like it.
