diva inspiration challenge

I'm not quite sure where this week has gone, but suddenly it is thursday and time for maria's inspiration challenge on udi. after enjoying another lovely week of indian summer we are now slowing getting into winter. while i'm not crazy about the 'transition' i do love winter itself with lots of snow. :)

maria's choice of picture today is perfect for ending the autumn season. . . a lovely colorful tree. i didn't even try to capture the beauty of the picture of a tree full of leaves. instead i made a tree with falling leaves and a little red bird sitting on a branch.
