diva inspiration challenge #14

well, when i first saw the picture for this inspiration challenge i made a bunch of notes and a sketch. somewhere between my house and my mother in laws apartment i lost it and there went my idea.

the first thing that struck me in the picture was the vivid colors: turquoise, pacific point and a touch of white for accent. i love it!

anyway, not quite what i envisioned, but not bad just the same.

white "sanded" background, pacific point and turquoise flowers stamped off and covered with white flowers to mute all of it. the main flower is pacific point covered in glitter.















this second photo is at a slight angle. i cut the lines that were on the flower petals to give it some "movement." to me it looked like an underwater sea creature, not a magnified flower.
