of course, then he has to pretend he did nothing by sitting there looking cute and innocent. ha!
four days later the damage is almost done. saffron is still trying to get to the top ornaments on the tree to add to the growing collection we've picked up off of the floor. the other cats seem to like the ribbon and beads better than the ornaments. oh, why do i bother?

Carol, I am so sorry about your tree. THAT is the reason we are NOT putting up a tree this year...not with the little Apollo boy around.
OMG! I am laughing so hard! When Ralph and I first got married we got two kittens, Missy and Tiger. That Christmas, while we were at work, Tiger climbed our tree to kill the two beautiful white doves (stuffed, of course) I had at the top of the tree. We came home to a tilted tree and white feathers everywhere!
OMGosh! I am so sorry, but I am LMBO! I knew I didn't have a cat for a reason! LOL My dog doesn't do that. ;)
