blog award

i was awarded with the "Beautiful Blogger" award by charmaine black in australia. check out her blog, l-ink-ed to paper for some lovely creations. charmaine and i have never met except 'online' because she lives in australia. how cool is that. i have made so many lovely stmapin' friends through various blogs and the utah divas international. such talented stampers.

now i have to divulge ten things about myself and then give you ten wonderful blogs to visit, so here goes.....

1. I have five brothers and sisters: I am the middle girl and fifth of six kids
2. I have two college degrees: a BA in psychology and a BFA in interior design
3. I have rode in hot air balloons several times while I was in college
4. My son, Gordy, is graduating from college this weekend with a degree in political science and a minor in psychology
5. My daughter is 19 and recently finished her first year of college with the intent of studying social work
6. I met my husband, Chip, through my first husband twenty seven years ago. We have been married for almost sixteen years
7. I love reading probably more than anything else and almost never go anywhere without a book
8. A picture of my stocking feet appeared in our newspaper when I was a little girl
9. One of my favorite states (other than confusion) is Montana. I saw it snow in August there
10. I have six indoor cats and six outdoor wild cats that we have ‘adopted’
