five of my mom's six kids made it home last weekend. carl, the youngest boy, but three years older than me (and his wife elyse) live in hawaii and were unable to get back to illinois.
here is the whole gang with spouses. mind you between my siblings and i we have ten kids and also great grandkids that were not there.
from left: Shirley (sil); John, 2nd oldest; mom; me, 2nd youngest; Chip (spouse); Marty (bil); Mary, youngest; Art, the oldest; Pam (sil); Jan, 3rd oldest and Dave (bil). Carl is between Jan and I.
